Container locking mechanism and use
The invention relates to a locking system for mounting at a door for locking spaces provided with at least one door or door.
In addition, the invention relates to the use of a locking system for locking transportable containers including containers.
It is known to lock containers such as containers with locking systems.
However, it has been found that there are some drawbacks to the known container locking systems. In addition, all have been found not to be sufficiently robust to lock-in violence in connection with burglary.
An example of a known container locking system is the locking system described in US 2012/0305565 A1, where the locking system is installed on the center pillar of a container front between a right and left door. In addition, there are welded edges in which a sled can slide. An exterior handle can push down the carriage downward, whereby the carriage pushes a locking bar down over two pins one on each, right and left door, towards each other's directed end edge. Similarly, when the lock is in the open position, the carriage can be moved up so that the locking bar is raised. Upon opening, at the same time, a blocking element passing through the door is pushed further and further away from the inside of the door towards the outside of the door. If the lock is locked, this movement is prevented and the actuation of the handle cannot move the carriage, but instead heels a spring whose passive position corresponds to the closed position of the locking system. The lock described is only suitable for containers with a center post and not strong enough to withstand a pull from a four-wheel drive.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a locking system for locking, for example, containers, and which is robust to intrusions such as e.g.
DK 2018 70506 A1 with a four-wheel drive.
The object of the invention is met by a locking system of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1, characterized in that the locking system also comprises at least two wheels mounted on the inside of the door or frame and arranged to rotate, while simultaneously engaging and has space between two sets of teeth on said at least two wheels, in which the teeth (6) engage each other, to lock said locking bar (8), and by locking (the back of which is shown in Figs. 3 and 4) as well is adapted for mounting from the inside and is connected to a locking device (illustrated by the enlargement of the locking device and shown in Figures 3 and 4) which can engage the movement space of the wheels (6) for rotation of the teeth (7) on the wheels, where a movable part of the lock is adapted to be rotatable with said locking device so that the wheels (6) can rotate in the open position of the locking device and cannot rotate in the closed (vertical in Fig. 4) position of the locking device. ion, so that features in said door or frame can be transferred to the locking bar (8) in the locked position.
Suitable embodiments of the locking system are set forth in claims 2 to 9.
Use of an embodiment according to the invention is shown in claim 10.
For a better understanding of the invention, some non-limiting examples of embodiments will now be described in detail with reference to the figures in which:

Detailed description
FIG. 1 shows a drawing of a locking system (1) according to the invention here the example of the lock in FIG. 3 to 13. When the lock is assembled, the two wheels (6), one on each side of the lock base, will be positioned so that their teeth (7) engage one another,
GB 2018 70506 A1 when the wheels (6) are turned. When the locking bar (8) meets the teeth (7), the wheels (6) will be able to rotate by moving the locking bar (8) and the base of the locking system towards each other. The locking bar (8) will readily enter between the wheels (6) and could be locked by a locking device which is pushed down between the teeth (7) of the wheels and the base of the locking system and prevents the rotation of the wheels (6). The locking bar (8) is locked between the base of the locking system and the teeth of the wheels (7).
FIG. 2 is a technical drawing of the parts of the locking system of FIG. 1. The parts are wheels (6), teeth of wheels (7) and locking bar (8).
FIG. 3 shows an example of the locking system according to the invention. The example is the same as in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. A lock holder, here in the form of a locking ring, which can be clearly seen in FIG. 3 or FIG. 4, can hold a lock, here a cylinder lock, and a locking device. A key (not shown) can be inserted into its cylinder from the outside and used to change the position of the locking device. Other types of locks e.g. electric may also work. Electric locks are not visible from the outside and do not require a physical key.
FIG. 4 shows the locking device in the locking system of FIG. 3. Other designs of the locking device may also be suitable. The locking arrangement shown is retained with a locking ring.
FIG. 5 shows the embodiment of FIG. 3, wherein the locking device is in a horizontal position so that the wheels can move. In the photo there is no locking bar located between the wheels, so the wheels can move freely independently of each other. It is preferred that the gripping surfaces of the teeth of the wheels go into each other in soft curves to facilitate the adaptation of a locking bar.
FIG. 6 shows that the wheels can turn when the locking device is in the open position. It is shown in the photo that the wheels are indistinct because they are in
DK 2018 70506 A1 movement.
FIG. 7 shows an example of a locking bar. This must have a size that fits into the spacing of the wheels between the teeth of the wheels as they interlock. Adaptation of the locking boom can be done easily if the design of the teeth of the wheels, e.g. four on each wheel at an angle of 90 degrees between all sets of a tooth and its adjacent tooth, provides sufficiently large spaces when the teeth engage.
FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 shows the locking bar of FIG. 7 in the extended position, where it is ready to be adapted by a locking system, e.g. that shown in FIG. 1 to 4, and which sits e.g. as shown here on the opposite door in a container.
FIG. 10 is a photo of what it will look like just before the locking system adopts the locking bar. In the photo, the container door is not closed to get enough light for photography. For the same reason, the locking bar is held in your hand.
FIG. 11 shows where the locking bar is gripped in the space between two sets of adjacent teeth on the two wheels of the locking system.
FIG. 12 shows where the locking bar rests on the back of the container door in the locked position of the locking device.
FIG. 13 shows that the locking bar can exit the grip of the wheels when the locking device is in the open position.
FIG. 14 shows an example of a bolt for mounting the locking system and the locking bar bracket. It's a so-called flip bolt. Other types of fasteners can also be used.
FIG. 15 shows another example of a flip bolt from another manufacturer. To
DK 2018 70506 A1 right a threaded rod where the filipel part is inside the threaded rod. In the middle, the threaded flip portion is turned out as it will be when the flip portion is to withstand a pull in the bolt. To the left is a nut mounted. It is used to tighten a surface between the nut and the flap end flaps.
The locking bar (8) is in its resting position when the locking bar (8) is in a retracted position. In this position, the lock is open. In this position of the locking bar, you can freely pass through the created doorway without hitting the locking bar (8). In the locked position, tabs (8) will be able to form a frame that is often found internally on the locked door and similarly to a frame on another door or wall edge, so that the features of the locking system become a feature of, for example, an entire container, because the structure at the door closure thereby becomes very strong. The tabs (8) facing the doorway also provide for locking of the door if the locking bar (8) is not in the extended position, since this tab (8) in the retracted position will prevent an opposing door or wall from being able to close. quite.
A locking bar (8) is in the extended position when a locking system (1) is locked on, for example, a container door, a reinforcement between the surfaces of the doors to a total surface, since in this position the locking bar (8) abuts e.g. two door frames and are locked at one end between two sets of teeth (7) of the two wheels (6) on one door frame and at the other end are retained by a fixed bracket which restricts the movement of the other end of the locking bar ( 8). The lock described is suitable for containers and is strong enough to withstand a pull in one door from a four-wheel drive.
As can be seen from the figures shown with photos and the accompanying description, it is easy to mount the locking system in, for example, a container.
All the components included in the locking system can be manufactured in
GB 2018 70506 A1 suitably durable material such as hardened steel.
